Delivery & Collection

Do you offer delivery?

We currently do not offer regular delivery services. All orders are pickup only from our unit. However, in special circumstances, we may be able to accommodate delivery upon request (subject to availability).

Can I collect my order?

Yes, collections are available from our unit during opening hours.

Ordering & Payments

Can I order a custom/bespoke cake?

Yes! Please complete our bespoke enquiry form.

Do you accept corporate/bulk orders?

Yes, for events and businesses. Our corporate form is available online.

How do I receive order confirmation?

You receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

What if I don’t receive my confirmation email?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If not found, contact us and we will resend it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments online at checkout.

Returns & Policies

Are cakes refundable?

No. All food items are non-refundable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Standard cake orders can be changed before production. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once the deposit is paid.

Allergies & Ingredients

Do your cakes contain nuts, dairy, eggs or gluten?

Yes, many of our cakes contain one or more of these ingredients.

Are your cakes suitable for people with allergies?

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten, so cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed. Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.

Can I request a nut-free or allergen-free cake?

We can provide cakes without certain allergens, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

How early should I place my order?

Standard cakes: 48–72 hours notice recommended.
Bespoke cakes: At least 7 days notice required.
